  Yes I get the policies of LCBO, I've lived in Ontario my whole life. But what is a customer supposed to do when an employee accuses a customer multiple times - while I've already stated my facts that he just doesn't want to accept?

  This is a wonderful place to visit. Friendly and helpful staff. I found the perfect Japanese Rice wine. They even have the sample. Love this place and will come back.

  Classy LCBO with a Vintages section. Less busy than others. Well stocked which is important :)

  I'd give this place a higher rating if I didn't have a run in with an employee accusing me of purchasing alcohol for people I didn't even know... The selection is better than others in my area, with more variety; I'll give them that.

  The standout feature of this location, as also found at Summerhill, is the TASTING BAR. There is absolutely no better way to access the range of superb products available through the LCBO than to pay for, at cost, a sample of whisky, wines, etc. Only a select number of products are available for tasting, it is true, but these are products that, per bottle, are otherwise far out of my affordability range. You are not permitted to get sloshed but it is a pleasure to take a moment to savour something extraordinary while picking up some pre-cooled cans of beer. Cheers!

  Have always liked this location. Good parking. Good selection. A better LCBO than most.

  After the initial confrontation I went to a checkout where a gentleman happily helped me (I even asked him about certain stock I couldn't find). While the employee who confronted me before came towards me again saying the exact same things - while I told him numerous times I don't know the two people who happened to be standing beside me and I had my ID on myself - happy to show him otherwise.

  My problem is a cashier accusing me of buying alcohol for others... While I was there BY MYSELF, minding my own business. After accusing me, I assured him multiple times I was by myself and happened to be standing beside a display looking at the same product two other people were - who left afterwards (Game of thrones wine... sue me). I didn't even know what the two other people standing beside me looked like nor did I speak to either of them at all, as I was looking at the wine bottle at the time. He didn't accept that fact - telling me off again saying I need to show my age ID when purchasing; which I understand and accepted telling him again I have my ID on myself and would be happy to show him my licence.

  Among the best LCBOs in Toronto, although the Summerhill location tops it on the sheer magnificence of the facilities alone.

  This location is large, well stocked, has helpful staff and has roomy aisles. The Vintages section is impressive. There are enough cash outs to keep line up times reasonable. The mall parking is free and it is a pretty nice mall too.
