  Worst people ever met.. staff is very harsh.. they say u gottu be stress-free during treatment..but these staff people are going to make it high.. I don't want to give bad reviews to anybody but I have nogood word to say about this arrogant place..

  WORST fertility center they just want to waste your time and they want to get something from govt thats all. just waste of money and time. Reception are behaving look like they are setting inside of parliament.

  I am surprised w all the bad reviews. Sometimes I find that the unsuccessful candidates are mad and upset which is understandable and leave bad reviews. However there have been soooo many success's and where are all their reviews?

  I really like anova fertility. The facility is new and clean with state of art equipment. The reception is super friendly and the ultra sound technicians are extremely knowledgable. The nurses are All nice and super patient to answer all your questions.

  I decided to post a review, we are planning to have a baby and I feel when you are ready to have a family it is all about family planning. My husband and I wanted to make sure everything was ok with us before we started to try to start our family.

  Looks new and clean. Scheduling appointments may be a bit of a challenge. If you arrive with a full bladder for an ultrasound be prepared to wait half an hour. The majority of the staff is friendly and with a positive attitude. Good relaxing music while you wait and different beverage options available like water and coffee. Free wifi.

  I am surprised by the poor reviews. Dr. Dixon worked very hard to establish this practice, out together an incredible team of professionals. I was a patient with her at another clinic and moved here with her. I am 3 months pregnant and said my goodbyes to them a few weeks ago. Obviously the experience is difficult for everyone, but they do their best to work with your timelines. The appointments seem plenty and long, sometimes frustrating as you wait (yes sometimes with a full bladder), but this is usually because other patients run late or there are emergencies. Just know you are getting the best of care. Dr. Dixon is an incredible advocate for fertility care in the province. Can't say enough about this place. Clinic is clean, spacious, feels welcoming, bright and every staff is great. Even the fellow patients share their stories in the waiting room, makes you feel less isolated.
