  They told me it will take 2 weeks for the order to come in by mail. So.. if I'm paying a grand for a mattress, why do I have to wait so long for a replacement protective case when THEY made the mistake. I don't understand the appeal of the Bay. They are so slow and overrated. Honestly will never make any other purchases there again.

  I've been going to this Bay store since the 1970s and the bathrooms are still original :/ God renovation is badly needed in the washrooms. No one notice everything in their is literally falling apart???

  Awful selection, high prices and worse service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Empty when you walk in and nothing here is worth the asking price. Lad won't let me into a changing room with my wife to see she looks without the whole store seeing her. She says only boutique and luxury stores allow that. We were at Walmart yesterday and had no problems going onto a fitting room together. Avoid this place.

  I personally like this Bay better than others because I always receive excellent customer service and I’m not overwhelmed by too much stuff. It has a decent variety of clothes in my opinion and great sales.

  Sometimes you can find good deals but usually overpriced. Decently stocked. Service is slow, they should separate returns and other customer service inquiries from cashiers so we don't need to wait so long just to buy something
